Do I need a Zen account to play?
Casual players can use a guest account immediately. A Zen account enables independent login and member rates.
Do I need my own gaming accounts?
Yes, games run on dedicated platforms (e.g. Steam, Riot and Epic). You’ll need to log in with your own personal gaming account to access your own games.
What games do you have already downloaded?
We have a wide selection of popular games pre-installed for immediate play – refer to list of games above.
Do I have to buy games to play at Zen?
Many popular PC games are free-to-play (e.g. Valorant, League of Legends and Fortnite) and can be enjoyed without purchase.
For paid games, you’ll need to own them on your personal gaming account to play.
Can I bring my own peripherals to play?
Our setups are excellent! If you want to use your own peripherals, we’ll do our best to help you out. Please contact us directly to confirm compatibility.
Can I play with my group of friends?
Yes, absolutely! We love seeing groups play together. For 4+ attendees, we highly recommend contacting us directly so that we can accommodate.
Can I save my game settings and downloaded files?
Most games offer cloud saving and we highly recommend enabling cloud sync on your personal gaming accounts. Any settings or files saved locally will not be retained after your session ends.
Do I need to install / download anything before I play?
If you have your gaming accounts ready and your desired game is on our pre-installed list, you’re all set! Just log in and play!
What if I forget my login details?
We can assist with resetting your Zen account at reception (with quick verification). For personal gaming accounts (e.g. Steam, Riot and Epic), you’ll need to reset login details independently.
Can I play games that are not pre-downloaded?
Yes, if the game is available on your gaming platform. You’re welcome to install it and we will reimburse the download time.
